These terms and conditions do not in any way infringe or reduce your statutory rights.


This web site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and changes will take effect when displayed on this web site. You should read these terms and conditions whenever you visit this web site as by using the web site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

"Goods" means the products offered for sale by us on this web site and the subject of the order made by you.
"You" means the person ordering goods from us.

Invitation
Our website invites you to buy goods from us. A legally binding contract between you and the seller for the sale of any goods will only arise when the seller has received payment for the goods in full from you and accepted your order by dispatch of the goods. By entering into this contract you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. Receipt of your order from this web site will be acknowledged by email to the e-mail address given by you when placing your order.

Descriptions
Illustrations are not to scale and some variations in appearance may occur. Specifications are subject to change without notice but you will be advised of any differences at the time of order and have the opportunity to reconsider before your order is processed.

Prices and guarantees
All goods offered on this site are new and carry the manufacturers' parts and labour warranties unless stated otherwise
Conditions for trade customers are available on request.

If you are a customer outside the UK you may have to pay carriage charges for repairs or replacements under warranty. If you are resident outside the European Union you may be liable for taxes on your purchase not included in the price you paid.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch as soon as possible usually with 2 working days and not later than 14 working days after you have placed your order or clearance of your cheque if applicable, unless a later date is agreed by you. We will dispatch to the address provided by you at the time of order. A working day is deemed not to include a UK Saturday, Sunday or Public holiday.

Ownership of and responsibility for the goods will pass to you once they have been paid for and delivered to you.

Out of stock items
In the event that a product is out of stock when the order is placed you will be contacted and advised. Where possible we will offer you a similar alternative product or advise how long before we can get the product back in stock. You will then have the choice to wait for the product or receive a refund for the item.

Our right to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel your order if the goods you have ordered are unavailable or discontinued, one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us.

If the goods you order are unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or to cancel your order. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail or in writing, whichever is appropriate, and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your Paypal account or by return cheque, whichever is appropriate, as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Faulty Goods

Goods received should be inspected immediately upon receipt and the seller notified as soon as practically possible and not later than 7 days after receipt. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned by the buyer to the seller, along with written details of the defect or damage. In certain circumstances we may elect to repair rather than replace products and you will be advised if this is the case. Where a repair is not appropriate the buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective.

Your right to cancel
We are sure you will enjoy your purchase but if you change your mind you may cancel your order in writing to the seller 2 Knights Cottages, Church lane, Bletchingley, RH1 4LP at any time before delivery or within seven days after the day following delivery. Following such notice any goods delivered to you must (except where goods are faulty) be returned at your own expense.
A refund of the price you paid will be made within thirty days of receipt of your written notice only upon receipt of the returned goods. The goods must be received back by us, unused and in new condition, in the seller's original packaging by a recorded delivery service at your own expense. The goods you return are your responsibility until received by us so we strongly recommend that you buy suitable insurance to cover the transit for more valuable items.
Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds include our shipping costs or be considered where the manufacturer's seal has been broken, packaging opened or the packaging of any "software", medium carrying computer files, memory cards or sticks, disks, Compact Disks (CDs) Digital Versatile Disks (DVDs) or diskettes, has been opened or interfered with.

Payment
By placing an order you authorise the seller to process a PayPal payment for the total sale amount. Your order will be processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and will appear on your statement in your own currency at the conversion rate prevailing at the time

Events outside our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, adverse weather, fire, explosion or accident.

Third Party rights
Except for our employees or representatives, a person or party not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any part of these terms and conditions. This does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

Invalidation
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Language
The language used to conclude sales will be English only.

Applicable Law
In any case of dispute the Courts of England shall have jurisdiction and all matters shall be settled in accordance with English law.
